Online gambling are high for Germans in the course: As the first bevölkerungsrepräsentative online survey on the use of online gambling revealed already play 25 percent of German Internet community on Gambling portals. These are some nine million Germans. About 40 percent of all respondents said they are gambling on the Internet of interest.

Especially striking: gambling enthusiasm across the whole population. Whether a student or retired, woman or man, the low-or poker – the trend toward online gambling, runs through all social strata. The study results thus confer with a widespread misconception: Internet Gambling is not Event for the classic poker (predominantly male [80%], young and have a low income), but by the masses. “The survey clearly shows that online gambling not excluded social phenomenon, but a wide acceptance. Long-term, there will be no basis for a gambling monopoly in the Internet. Only the customer decides what games and betting when and where he wishes, “says Jan Patrick Sandstorm, marketing head of PAF.

From the investigation initiated by PAF is also clear what gambling preferences in the various age groups predominate. To play Lotto mainly elderly, while among young people a great poker and play to recognize. This Sandstorm by PAF: “Younger people are using more and more the whole breadth of the gambling site. We assume that the young audience today his pleasure at poker and sports betting even if it ins, Lotto age ‘, is maintained so that a diversified gaming offer no longer be ignored by the market. The classic Lotto generation dies in our opinion. ”

But the frequency is different: While poker and sports betting fans more casual players (64.2 percent or 60 percent), the majority of regular lottery players much it crosses (54.6 percent of lottery players said they regularly play). This correlates with the motivation: This is in poker and Entertainment value in the foreground (72 percent or 66 percent). In the Lotto players, this value only at 46 percent.
“From our experience we know that games such as poker and sports betting mainly from the younger generation to be entertainment – like movies or music. This seems by the figures of the study. This, and the high proportion of casual players show that the majority of players on the Internet very well be a good deal with the phenomenon of gambling cares, “said Svahnström.

The study was ordered by PAF of gold Media. For more information and study charts receive upon request.

About PAF

Behind the acronym PAF hides the Åland ATM Association. Since 1967, the company is a public corporation and operates with the permission of the government Åland gambling and betting on Åland, on board ships and on the Internet. In 1999, the company dared to step into the Internet and shows with over 200,000 registered customers here that the sensible fun game and non-best match: The entire company’s profits by PAF comes exclusively charitable purposes as well.

The random number generator of the popular online poker room Bodog Poker was last week by the British Gaming Associate certified. This certification means that the card distribution at Bodog Poker at random from it and equip it is not possible to predict the cards.

Although most of us now know that Poker Rooms nothing to gain if the cards would be manipulated, but doubt new players often to the accuracy of the card distribution – especially after a bad beat! How can something accidentally, of course, is very controversial. If your random number generator by the British Gaming Associate
TonyG Poker
It is our commitment to safety and customer service which our customers appreciate us and what apart from our competition. We care that the benchmark for safety and customer service in the industry repeatedly raised a piece. ”

But who are the “Gaming Associates”? The company rated Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Seven-Card Stud and Five-Card Stud poker hands and used to test statistical methods, was also with these methods and encryption.

The results of these tests were responsible for the Bodog of poker and for the players is very positive. It was noted that the Bodog Poker random number Enge Nera gates evenly distribute the cards. It was also noted that the stochastic independence is ensured and that the card distribution is not fair and predictable.

Gaming Associates is also instrumental in the development of a software involved in the future to test RNG’s / random number Enge Nera gates will be used and it will allow the RNG at all times.

Sander Lylloff from Copenhagen / Denmark continued against 543 opponents and won the Poker Stars European Poker Tour champion Barcelona chip in Barcelona. He could have a prize money of EUR 1,170,000 € look. During his triumphant substandard some well-known poker pros, such as Johnny Chan, Greg Raymer, Katja Thater and Daniel Negreanu and won the sovereign with some young, aggressive players occupied Final Table.

Lylloff started as the third party in relation to the chip number. Thirteen players were relatively early, ended Day 3 left and met today to the winner. The players came on the last Turniertag total from 11 different countries
Poker Stars
and the chip stacks were as follows:

Nicholas Jedlicka (Austria) – 879.000
Mika Paasonen (Finland) – 715.000
Sander Lylloff (Denmark) – 646.000
Maceiras Juan (Spain) – 585.000
Mark Teltscher (England) – 533.000
Adam Junglen (USA) – 419.000
Trond Eidsvig (Norway) – 339.000
Mohamad Kowssarie (Sweden) – 294.000
Patrick Bruel (France) – 270.000
Voitto Rintala (Finland) – 253.000
Kitai Jacob Davidi (Belgium) – 219.000
Greg Dyer (USA) – 155.000
Philip Yeh (Sweden) – 116.000

Within just 2 hours, the occupation of the final table set. The players played very aggressive and scheuten not afraid to make risky moves. Voitto Rintala lost a hand against Greg Dyer and gave Greg a double-up. Then Rintala Short-Stacked and went 9-7 with Preflop All-in. Dyer called with (A-Hearts) (9-Hearts), the Board met with (K-Hearts) (8-Spades) (2-Hearts) (6-Diamonds) (9-Diamonds), Dyer had a flush and Rintala was ranked 13 (€ 33,450 prize money) out.

A few minutes later, fell short stack with Philip Yeh 6-4 All-In and met Kitai Davidi with AK. The Board Yeh brought no improvement and he had to place 12 (46,000 €) eliminated. Shortly thereafter resigned from Davidi then, as he (Q-Hearts) (Q-Diamonds) Lyloff with (A-Hearts) (A-Diamonds) met. The board gave no further Davidi Queen and was ranked 11 (46,000 €) eliminated.

The chip leader of Day 2, Mohamad Kowssarie, was the next player, who was sent home. He went after a bet by Greg Dyer All-In, Dyer called immediately with AK, Mohamad showed Kowssarie (Q-Spades) (3-Spades), a king on the Rainbow board sealed the fate of Kowssarie. The former chip leader had to be eliminated Platz 10. This hand made Dyer on the new chip leader.

Dyer also eliminated the next player when he was with AK (Spades, suited) an all-in by Juan Raise Maceiras called. Maceiras was on the button and showed his hand (A-Diamonds) (6-Spades), but with Dyer (A-Spades) (K-Spades) dominates. The board (Q-Diamonds) (7-Diamonds) (4 clubs) (2-Spades) (3-Spades) brought no improvement for Maceiras or Dyer and therefore had to place Maceiras 9 (64,800 €) eliminated.

Now they were still 8 players left, the occupation of the final table was clear, the chip counts were as follows:

Seat 1: Greg Dyer (USA) – 1,606,000
Seat 2: Adam Junglen (USA) – 319.000
Seat 3: Nicholas Jedlicka (Austria) – 569.000
Seat 4: Mika Paasonen (Finland) – 924.000
Seat 5: Mark Teltscher (England) – 676.000
Seat 6: Sander Lylloff (Denmark) – 502.000
Seat 7: Trond Eidsvig (Norway) – 452.000
Seat 8: Patrick Bruel (France) – 374.000

Paasonen sagte: “Call!

2 – Mark Teltscher (England) – €673,000
3 – Greg Dyer (USA) – €388,800
4 – Mika Paasonen (Finnland) – €301,000
5 – Trond Eidsvig (Norwegen) – €250,800
6 – Adam Junglen (USA) – €196,500
7 – Nikolaus Jedlicka (Österreich) – €154,700
8 – Patrick Bruel (Frankreich) – €104,500

Now we have already months earlier spoken about this event and now it’s over. Today starts the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) and again presents Poker News them our exclusive live reporting. Whether you live with it, from start to the final table with our live reporting pages, you are always up-to-date!

The tournament series will be in London at three venues in place, all venues are just a few subway stops away from each other. The Sportsman, the casino empire and the Fitfty London, so we can be sure the WSOPE are more than impressive. Never before has a
TonyG Poker
Event simultaneously at 3 venues out and has already made some jokes about whether the players probably will need bus tickets when the new tables balanced.

Almost every known poker pro will participate in the WSOPE, including, among other things: Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey, Eli Elezra, Gus Hansen and Allen Cunningham. Roland de Wolfe and Devil Fish are also at the tables to be seen, for these players, it is practically a home game.

The buy-in is £ 10,000 – due to this large sum, we can at the moment of this report was not yet say how large the field will be. The buy-in for the WSOPE main event in London was doubled (in relation to the buy-in for the regular WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas) and already use less Internet qualifier in this tournament. But this tournament is unmistakably the WSOP, the Lockruf million and the chance for a Bracelet, will make sure that a lot of players.

The first tournament is a £ 2500 HORSE event, in which security with the poker pros of the old school will participate and we can be sure that at the final table a large number of known players sit. The 5000 £ Pot Limit Omaha tournament starts on Saturday and it will be very interesting to observe whether Europeans live up to its reputation, the best Omaha player in the world. Both events will take place in the Empire Casino. On Monday starts the last and most important tournament, the No Limit Hold’em Main Event. It is expected that the main event of full seven days out. The main event is simultaneously at three venues out and finds its climax with the final table on 13 September in the Empire Casino.

No matter how large the number of participants, the WSOPE is without doubt the largest and most expensive tournament in Europe. With the ever-increasing buy-in’s and the growing prize pool, Las Vegas is no longer the only place in the world, where people a picture of the international poker scene can be. A clear sign of this is the fact that more and more lives in the USA Poker Pro’s the way to Europe to stand up to take part in tournaments in Europe.

No matter what happens, it will definitely be exciting and you will be thanks to our exclusive WSOP Live reporting no more miss hand.
